The posting

Senior Customer Engineer

Join Noma Security and help shape the future of AI security.

Noma is building the first comprehensive AI Security and Governance Platform, helping organizations adopt AI, Agents, and LLMs with confidence and control. As AI becomes core to modern enterprises, we provide seamless visibility and protection across the entire AI lifecycle—from development to production and autonomous agents. Our team works at the intersection of AI, security, and cloud, shaping a new category in a fast-evolving market.

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Engineer to help customers deploy, integrate, and operate Noma successfully within their production environments.

You’ll be the hands-on technical resource for complex post-sales engagements, translating customer use cases into reliable configurations, integrations, automation, and operational workflows. Your work will span endpoints, cloud platforms, identity, networking, SaaS integrations, and AI development environments.

You’ll work alongside the Customer Solutions Architect, who owns the overall customer relationship and outcomes, while you lead the technical execution required to make those outcomes achievable and scalable.

This role is ideal for a highly technical, customer-facing generalist who enjoys moving across technologies, building solutions, and owning complex technical challenges from deployment through resolution.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Technical Operationalization: Translate customer use cases into technical requirements, configurations, integrations, workflows, and production-readiness plans.
  • Hands-on Deployment: Lead deployment, integration, and troubleshooting across endpoint and MDM environments, IDE integrations and coding agent hooks, cloud connectors, SaaS integrations, and gateway and runtime deployments.
  • Build and Automate: Write scripts, work with REST APIs, configure Docker and Kubernetes deployments, and set up infrastructure within customer environments. Turn one-off solutions into reusable tools and implementation patterns.
  • Own Technical Escalations: Drive complex technical issues from investigation through resolution. Reproduce issues, collect and analyze logs, develop mitigations, and provide Engineering with clear, actionable bug reports and reproduction steps.
  • Technical Adoption: Help customers embed Noma into recurring security and operational workflows through workshops, enablement, runbooks, and technical best practices.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Solutions, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, and Support, bringing technical customer insights back into the platform and improving the deployment experience.

✅ What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles within B2B SaaS, including a background in Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or Tier 3 Support at a cybersecurity vendor, such as an EDR, DLP, or CASB/SASE provider.
  • Proven experience deploying and integrating solutions in enterprise customer environments, including setting up infrastructure, navigating complex dependencies, and troubleshooting production systems.
  • Broad technical expertise and a generalist mindset, with the ability to move confidently between endpoint management, cloud infrastructure, identity providers and SSO, and networking.
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint and MDM tools, such as Jamf or Microsoft Intune, and cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks.
  • Strong scripting and building skills, using Python, Bash, or PowerShell for diagnostics, automation, data processing, and integrations, alongside practical experience with REST APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across authentication, logs, security controls, and system integrations, with the ability to isolate issues and own technical escalations through resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead technical customer conversations and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach, with a preference for scalable, reusable solutions that help customers operate successfully over time.

🎯 Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with AI technologies and workflows, including generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, AI development pipelines, and MCP.
  • Experience integrating with IDEs, coding agents, or AI gateway and runtime infrastructure.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems, infrastructure as code, observability platforms, CRMs, or ticketing systems.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
