Arbejdet

Personalemåltidet er noget helt centralt i vores produktion, da det giver næring og energi til alle de medarbejdere, der yder deres bedste på Noma – med høj ernæringsværdi.

Praktisk

Onsdag til lørdag er den travle periode med to serveringer om dagen til hele teamet, omkring 85 personer. Morgenmaden er den samme hver dag. Frokosten er en ny menu hver dag – din at bygge op.

Dit ansvar

Du står for personalemåltiderne fra dag til dag. Du refererer til Head Chef på Noma. Køkkenledelsen er med til at sætte standarden sammen med dig, men det er dig, der holder den ved hver eneste service.

Vi forventer, at du

  • Har mindst 5 års erfaring fra professionelle køkkener
  • Går op i smag og ernæring – ikke bare i at få maden ud
  • Kan holde en fast standard til morgenmaden og stadig byde på noget nyt til frokosten hver eneste dag
  • Kan følge en andens standard uden at miste det, der gør dig god til dit job
  • Er så organiseret og dygtig, at komfortable arbejdstider aldrig betyder mindre omhu
  • Betragter værtskab som en del af jobbet, ikke som noget adskilt fra det
  • Har et EU-pas eller en permanent arbejdstilladelse i Danmark
