DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du unterstützt das Operationsteam bei allen operativen Themen, insbesondere im Bereich Supply Chain Management
  • Dabei bist du hauptverantwortlich für die durchgehende Verfügbarkeit unserer Produkte sowie eine zuverlässige Auftragsdurchführung
  • Du planst zukünftige Absätze und darauf basierend notwendige Eis- und Verpackungsproduktionen
  • Du koordinierst die Warenflüsse zwischen unseren Lagerstandorten, auch länderübergreifend
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die zuverlässige Zustellung von Kundenaufträgen und bearbeitest mit dem Team Kundenreklamationen, falls mal etwas schief geht

DEINE ZIELE

  • Dauerhafte Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit zu mindestens 95% - sehr hohe Priorität
  • Optimierung des Bestands an Fertigerzeugnissen (maximal 12,5% vom Jahresumsatz) - hohe Priorität

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, bestenfalls mit einer Spezialisierung auf Supply Chain Management oder Logistik
  • Idealerweise hast du durch Praktika bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management gesammelt
  • Du kennst dich sehr gut mit Excel/Google Sheet aus und konntest auch schon erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sammeln
  • Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten - von der Aufbereitung bis zur Analyse und Interpretation
  • Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und eine ordentliche Hands-On-Mentalität aus
