Description du poste ACHETEUR(eur/euse) MATIÈRES PREMIÈRES - ACHATS DIRECTS VOTRE RÔLE & RESPONSABILITÉS Rattaché(e) au Directeur Achats Matier/ières Premier/ières Europe, vous intervenez sur un portefeuille stratégique de matier/ières premier/ières utilisées dans la fabrication de produits cosmétiques. Après une phase d'intégration, vous prendrez la responsabilité directe de plusieurs familles de matier/ières premier/ières. À ce titre, une réelle aisance sur les achats de MP constitue un prérequis essentiel pour réussir dans cette fonction. Le poste requiert une solide maîtrise des fondamentaux achats : connaissance des marchés matier/ières premier/ières, gestion et développement de fournisseurs stratégiques, techniques de négociation, sécurisation des approvisionnements, gestion des risques supply chain dans un environnement international. Vos principales missions : Piloter les achats de matier/ières premier/ières stratégiques (actifs, excipients, ingrédients, composants chimiques, etc.) Définir et déployer la stratégie achats sur vos catégories Gérer et développer un panel fournisseurs international Identifier de nouvelles sources d'approvisionnement afin de sécuriser la supply chain Lancer, piloter et analyser les appels d'offres Mener les négociations commerciales et contractuelles avec les fournisseurs stratégiques Conclure et suivre les contrats cadres Anticiper et gérer les risques liés aux marchés matier/ières premier/ières (pénuries, fluctuations de prix, tensions d'approvisionnement, conformité réglementaire) Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes R&D, Production, Qualité et Supply Chain Accompagner les projets de développement produits en apportant votre expertise achats Contribuer à l'optimisation des coûts et à l'amélioration continue des processus achats Assurer une veille active des marchés matier/ières premier/ières et proposer des alternatives techniques et économiques pertinentes Profil recherché LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Formation supérieure Bac+5 (École de commerce, ingénieur, spécialisation achats, supply chain ou chimie) Expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 ans en achats directs de matier/ières premier/ières Une expérience dans les secteurs cosmétique, pharmaceutique ou chimique constitue un réel atout Très bonne maîtrise des enjeux liés aux achats de Matier/ières Premier/ières : marchés fournisseurs, sourcing, négociation, contractualisation et sécurisation des approvisionnements Capacité à gérer des familles d'achats stratégiques de manier/ière autonome Bonne compréhension des environnements industriels et des contraintes supply chain Maîtrise des outils ERP et d'Excel Français et anglais courants indispensables Soft skills attendues : Excellent niveau de négociation Vision analytique et stratégique Forte orientation résultats Autonomie et capacité de prise de décision Rigueur et sens des priorités Excellent relationnel et capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés dans un contexte international INFORMATIONS COMPLÉMENTAIRES Déplacements réguliers à prévoir en Europe Environnement international, dynamique et en forte croissance Poste à forte exposition et à responsabilités évolutives Rémunération attractive selon profil et expérience Votre expérience candidat avec People Solutions by Arhis Pour garantir que votre profil corresponde à nos postes, nous vous accompagnons à travers un processus de recrutement complet, comprenant des entretiens individuels, des assessment centers, des questionnaires de personnalité et de motivation, ainsi que des sessions de coaching réalisées par des coachs certifiés au sein de notre équipe.
