Dans le cadre de la réorganisation de son service IT, Luxlait recherche un Administrateur Réseau & Systèmes afin de renforcer son équipe informatique.Rattaché au Responsable IT, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'administration, la sécurisation et l'évolution de l'infrastructure informatique. Véritable référent technique sur les environnements systèmes et réseaux, vous serez également le bras droit du Responsable IT sur les sujets techniques du quotidien et participerez activement aux projets de transformation de l'infrastructure.Vos responsabilités- Assurer l'administration, la maintenance et l'évolution de l'infrastructure systèmes et réseaux.- Être le bras droit technique du Responsable IT dans la gestion des activités du service.- Assurer le support de niveau 2 (L2) et prendre en charge les incidents nécessitant une expertise technique avancée.- Administrer et maintenir les environnements VMware et les infrastructures de virtualisation.- Participer à l'évolution de l'architecture réseau.- Administrer et maintenir les firewalls Palo Alto et Fortinet, ainsi que les équipements réseau.- Administrer les environnements Windows Server et leurs principaux services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.).- Administrer les serveurs Linux et assurer leur maintien en conditions opérationnelles.- Reprendre, maintenir et faire évoluer les scripts PowerShell existants afin d'automatiser certaines tâches d'administration.- Assurer l'administration et l'exploitation de l'environnement Microsoft .- Participer activement aux projets d'hybridation et de modernisation de l'infrastructure IT, notamment sur les aspects systèmes, réseaux et services cloud.- Contribuer à la sécurisation, à la supervision et à l'amélioration continue de l'infrastructure.Compétences techniques indispensables- Virtualisation : administration et gestion d'environnements VMware.- Réseaux : très bonnes connaissances des architectures et protocoles réseau, ainsi que de l'administration des équipements réseau.- Windows Server : très bonnes connaissances de l'administration des serveurs Windows et de leurs principaux services.- PowerShell : autonomie dans la lecture, la compréhension, la reprise et l'évolution de scripts existants.- Switching & Firewalling : expérience pratique dans l'administration et le dépannage des switches et firewalls.- Linux : bonnes connaissances de l'administration de serveurs Linux.- Microsoft : connaissances approfondies de l'administration et de la gestion de l'environnement Microsoft .Votre profil- Diplôme de niveau Bac+3 en informatique ou formation équivalente.- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire en administration systèmes et réseaux.- Solide capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes techniques.- Esprit autonome, pragmatique et orienté solutions.- Capacité à travailler sur des environnements techniques variés et à prendre en charge des sujets de bout en bout.- Bon sens du service et aisance dans le support aux utilisateurs.- Capacité à collaborer avec les différents interlocuteurs IT et métiers.- Sens des priorités et aptitude à intervenir dans un environnement où la disponibilité et la sécurité des systèmes sont essentielles.
