Vous avez acquis une expérience administrative dans la promotion immobilier/ière, la construction ou l'industrie et souhaitez rejoindre une équipe où votre sens de l'organisation sera apprécié ?Notre client, une structure familiale située dans la région de Grevenmacher, recherche un assistant administratif pour accompagner la gestion quotidien/ienne de son parc immobilier. Vous rejoindrez un environnement à taille humaine, avec un management accessible et des échanges réguliers avec les prestataires et intervenants techniques.Ce poste conviendra à une personne qui apprécie la diversité des dossiers, le travail en équipe et le suivi concret des opérations liées aux bâtiments.Vos responsabilitésVous apporterez un soutien administratif à la gestion des immeubles, des interventions de maintenance et des projets de rénovation. Vos missions comprendront notamment :Le suivi des commandes, depuis leur validation jusqu'à la vérification des factures correspondant/antes et la préparation des paiements.L'accompagnement administratif des travaux et rénovations, en rassemblant les documents nécessaires et en assurant le suivi des dossiers.La coordination des échanges avec les prestataires techniques, afin de faciliter la circulation des informations entre les différents intervenants.Le suivi des contrats de maintenance et des documents associés.Le classement et la mise à jour des dossiers dans les outils de gestion électronique des documents.La gestion des accès aux bâtiments en binôme, notamment les clés, badges et registres destinés aux occupants.Votre profilVous possédez une expérience en assistance administrative au sein d'un promoteur immobilier, d'une entreprise de construction ou d'une société industrielle.Vous êtes habitué à suivre des dossiers opérationnels et à échanger avec des fournisseurs, prestataires ou interlocuteurs techniques.Vous maîtrisez le français et disposez de bonnes connaissances en allemand.Vous travaillez avec méthode, savez organiser vos priorités et accordez de l'attention à la fiabilité des informations.Ce que notre client vous proposeUne rémunération attractive, adaptée à votre expérience et à vos compétences. jours de congés par an, pour préserver votre équilibre personnel.Un poste varié, associant suivi administratif, coordination et gestion documentaire autour de projets immobiliers concrets.Une structure familiale et un cadre stable, propices à une collaboration sur le long terme.Un management de proximité, disponible pour vous accompagner et à l'écoute de vos idées.Une localisation à l'Est du Luxembourg, dans la région de Grevenmacher.
