Créer de la valeur sociale en favorisant l'insertion professionnelle, tout en assurant une croissance durable.Le groupe POLYGONE recherche un/une femme ou un homme pour occuper le poste de :Assistant Planificateur (h/f) Vos missions Planification des chantiers et des transports.Dispatching des équipes au début de journée.Préparation de chantiers d'un point de vue administratif et logistique (commande aux fournisseurs internes et externes, inscriptions chantier, autorisations communales, etc.).Suivi et contrôles des interventions d'un point de vue administratif (fiches de travail, pointages, factures fournisseurs, notes de frais, etc.).Accompagnement des chauffeurs/ouvriers en vue d'améliorer l'élaboration des fiches de travailEncodage des commandes de transport dans l'ERP.Contacts clients : négociation et dialogue, intermédiaire entre les ouvriers/chauffeurs et les clients.Collaboration avec les différents services internes.Être force de solutions face aux imprévus quotidiens.Votre profilExpérience dans un poste similaire et/ou diplôme en transport/logistiqueConnaissances dans le domaine de la construction, recyclage de déchet, espaces verts Capacité à travailler et à gérer les imprévus avec calme et efficacitéSens aigu de l'organisation et gestion rigoureur/euse des prioritésEsprit orienté solution, avec une forte capacitée d'adaptationBon relationnel et capacité à collaborer avec les équipes de terrain et les services supportsMaîtrise du français. La connaissance de l'allemand, du portugais et du luxembourgeois sera considérée comme un atout.A l'aise avec les outils informatiques (pack Office et ERP)Bonnes connaissances du réseau routier LuxembourgeoisNotre offreNous offrons un travail stimulant et varié au sein d'une société en pleine expansion.
