Son équipe luxembourgeoise accompagne des gestionnaires d'actifs, des sponsors et des investisseurs institutionnels sur des opérations à forte dimension internationale. Votre futur cabinetVous intégrerez une plateforme internationale offrant accès à des clients de premier plan, à des opérations transfrontalier/ières et à des équipes réparties dans plusieurs juridictions.L'exigence technique, la qualité du service et la capacité à prendre des initiatives y occupent une place centrale.Votre avantage : vous pourrez approfondir votre expertise sur des structures et des opérations sophistiquées, renforcer votre exposition client et construire un parcours professionnel ambitieux au sein d'une marque reconnue sur le marché. Votre rôleVous interviendrez sur des dossiers de structuration et de lancement de fonds, notamment en Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, Infrastructure et autres stratégies alternatives.Vos responsabilités incluront :La conduite de dossiers de structuration de fonds et de s d'investissement.La rédaction et la négociation de la documentation juridique.Le conseil sur les aspects réglementaires et opérationnels des fonds.La gestion de la relation client et la coordination avec les équipes internationales.La supervision ponctuelle de collaborateurs plus s.La participation au développement de la pratique et à l'identification de nouvelles opportunités auprès des clients.Selon votre expérience, vous bénéficierez d'une autonomie important/ante dans la gestion des dossiers et d'une exposition directe aux associés et aux clients. Votre profilVous justifiez de 4 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente en Investment Funds, idéalement au sein d'un cabinet international ou d'une équipe reconnue au Luxembourg.Vous maîtrisez la structuration de fonds et la documentation juridique associée.Vous êtes capable de gérer des dossiers avec autonomie et de communiquer directement avec les clients.Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais.L'allemand constitue un avantage significatif.Vous êtes ambitieux(se), techniquement exigeant(e) et souhaitez continuer à développer votre valeur sur le marché.
