Présent dans de nombreur/euses juridictions stratégiques à travers le monde et regroupant plus de 2. collaborateurs, il a su construire une réputation solide auprès d'une clientèle composée d'institutions financier/ières, de fonds d'investissement, de gestionnaires d'actifs et de groupes internationaux.Le bureau luxembourgeois, développé au cours de la dernier/ière décennie, est aujourd'hui composé de plusieurs dizaines de professionnels intervenant sur des matier/ières telles que le Banking & Finance, les fonds d'investissement, le Corporate/M&A, le Tax et les questions réglementaires. Cette croissance soutenue permet aux équipes de travailler sur des dossiers sophistiqués tout en conservant une organisation favorisant la proximité avec les Associés et les prises de décision rapides.Vous intégrerez une équipe où les échanges avec les autres bureaux internationaux sont fréquents et où les collaborateurs sont rapidement impliqués sur des transactions transfrontalier/ières. Cette exposition permet de développer une véritable compréhension des enjeux financiers internationaux tout en renforçant son expertise du marché luxembourgeois.L'environnement est exigeant sur le plan technique mais reste particulier/ièrement attentif à la progression de carrier/ière et à l'équilibre de vie des équipes. Les perspectives d'évolution sont clairement identifiées pour les collaborateurs souhaitant construire leur carrier/ière sur le long terme. Vos responsabilités / Banking & Finance - Transactions - Conseil - Legal Accompagner des institutions financier/ières et des investisseurs sur des opérations de financement nationales et internationales.Participer à la rédaction, la revue et la négociation de la documentation transactionnelle.Conseiller les clients sur les aspects réglementaires liés aux opérations de financement.Intervenir sur des transactions transfrontalier/ières impliquant plusieurs juridictions.Collaborer étroitement avec les autres départements du cabinet afin d'apporter des solutions complètes aux clients.Participer progressivement aux échanges directs avec les clients et les différentes parties prenant/antes des transactions. Profil et parcours / Banking & Finance - Transactions - Conseil - Legal Minimum 2 à 3 années d'expérience en Banking & Finance au Luxembourg.Inscription à la Liste I, II ou IV du Barreau de Luxembourg.Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, l'allemand constitue un réel avantage.Volonté de développer une expertise technique approfondie dans un environnement international.Solides capacités rédactionnelles et analytiques.
