Nous recrutons pour un cabinet d'avocats américain de premier plan, reconnu parmi les références internationales du marché et régulier/ièrement classé dans les meilleures catégories de Legal et Chambers.Avec plus de avocats à travers les États-Unis, l'Europe et le Royaume-Uni, le cabinet évolue sur des dossiers internationaux à forte valeur ajoutée et offre un environnement particulier/ièrement exigeant à ceux qui souhaitent véritablement faire passer leur carrier/ière au niveau supérieur. Vos responsabilités : Au sein de l'équipe Banking, vous interviendrez notamment sur :Des opérations de financement complexes, principalement pour une clientèle internationale.La négociation et la rédaction de contrats de financement et de la documentation juridique associée.Des transactions cross-border impliquant différentes juridictions.L'accompagnement de banques, institutions financier/ières, fonds et grandes entreprises sur leurs opérations.Des dossiers à forte valeur ajoutée, en collaboration avec des équipes internationales et des avocats reconnus dans leur domaine. Votre profil : Nous recherchons des candidats disposant de :2 à 5 ans d'expérience en Banking / Finance au sein d'un cabinet d'avocats reconnu.Une inscription à une liste 1, 2 ou 4 obligatoire.Une excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.Un parcours professionnel stable et cohérent, démontrant une réelle volonté de construire une carrier/ière en Banking.Une forte capacité de travail, de la rigueur et surtout l'envie de progresser dans un environnement particulier/ièrement exigeant.
