Profil recherché Expérience souhaitée : Expérimenté (+3 ans) Niveau d'étude : Bac+5 - MASTER - MBA - DESS - DEA - IEP - Grandes Écoles Vous avez acquis et développé des connaissances sur : Les techniques de modélisation des processus (UML, BPMN) La rédaction des User Stories et des test d'acceptation Les outils de maquettage La modélisation de données en relationnel ou non relationnel Des méthodologies de tests La pratique de l'Agilité Expérience dans la gestion de projet IT et connaissance du langage SQL Compétences dans la business analyse dans le domaine financier seront un plus Vos missions consisteront à : Participer au recueil des besoins et à la formalisation des souhaits métiers Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles (et/ou techniques) en adéquation avec les métiers Modéliser les processus Analyser les impacts des solutions proposées sur les processus et les systèmes d'information Planifier / lotir avec les équipes techniques (Backlog, Sprint, User Stories.) Définir les scénarios et plans de tests Tester les développements livrés par les équipes techniques Assister les utilisateurs au démarrage des projets Communiquer avec le Project Manager pour le point de suivi de projet et le respect des délais des tâches à réaliser Niveau de langues souhaité Français : courant (C1-C2) Anglais : bon niveau (B2 ou plus) Ce que nous t'offrons L'évolution de ton savoir-faire et savoir-être au travers de formations adaptées Rétribution motivant/ante (primes individuelles et d'entreprise, tickets repas, plan de pension.)
