Aujourd'hui, nous souhaitons aller plus loin et préparer les Ateliers de demain.En partenariat avec le comité de direction, le chargé de direction des ateliers d'inclusion professionnelle (m/f/x) assure la direction et le développement des Ateliers Kräizbierg.Véritable moteur du changement, il conjugue impact social, développement des activités et innovation afin de renforcer les opportunités offertes aux salariés en situation de invalidité tout en assurant la pérennité et la croissance des Ateliers.Missions principales :Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de développement des Ateliers ;Encadrer, accompagner et fédérer les équipes ;Développer de nouvelles activités, partenariats et opportunités de croissance ;Garantir la qualité de l'accompagnement et des parcours professionnels des salariés ;Piloter les ressources humaines, financier/ières et organisationnelles ;Contribuer à la conception et au développement des Ateliers Kräizbierg de demain (construction de nouveaux ateliers) ;Promouvoir et renforcer l'inclusion professionnelle des personnes en situation de invalidité ;Représenter les Ateliers Kräizbierg auprès des partenaires institutionnels et économiques. Profil : Expérience professionnelle confirmée dans le secteur social, commercial ou au sein d'une PME ; Capacité de gérer d'une manier/ière structurée des projets ;Ouverture d'esprit, prise d'initiatives innovant/antes, savoir travailler en équipe et de manier/ière flexible ;Diplôme de niveau Bachelor ou supérieur dans le domaine social, de la gestion d'entreprises, du commerce ou dans une discipline similaire ;Maîtrise des langues luxembourgeoise, française et allemande ;Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants ;La connaissance de l'environnement social luxembourgeois, plus particulier/ièrement du secteur « invalidité » et de l'inclusion professionnelle de travailleurs invaliditéés, constitue un avantage.Nous vous offrons : Une fonction stratégique à fort impact humain et sociétal ;L'opportunité de développer un projet unique au Luxembourg ;Un environnement stimulant laissant une large place à l'initiative et à l'innovation ;La possibilité de contribuer concrètement à l'avenir des Ateliers Kräizbierg.Vous souhaitez construire, développer et donner du sens à votre action ?Rejoignez-nous et participez à l'écriture du prochain chapitre des Ateliers Krä<a href="http://izbierg.AKwww.kraizbierg.lu" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">izbierg.AKwww.kraizbierg.lu</a> B
