La Croix-Rouge luxembourgeoise recrute Chargé de direction (M/F/D) - référence : pour son service Perspectives, logement encadré pour dynamiques adultes en situation de détresse psycho-sociale. Le/la Chargé/e de direction assure le pilotage opérationnel et stratégique du service Perspectives afin de garantir un accompagnement de qualité des bénéficiaires vers l'autonomie et l'inclusion sociale. Il/elle encadre, soutient et développe l'équipe pluridisciplinaire, veille à la mise en œuvre des orientations institutionnelles et favorise une culture de travail collaborative et réflexive. Cadre de travail : CDI débutant le //h/semaine Lieu de travail : Bertrange Une rémunération en carrier/ière C6 de la convention collective de travail pour les salariés du secteur d'aide et de soins et du secteur social (CCT SAS) Missions :Définir la mission du service dans son CAG (Concept d'Action Général) et en garantir l'exécution Analyser les besoins du service et adapter sa structure organisationnelle en fonction de ceux-ci et du contexte (cadre MENJE, conventions, etc.)Préparer les dossieurs de demandes d'agrément et de financement Définir le plan de formation pluriannuel commun du service, mettant en place de nouvelles formations si besoinGérer les aspects RH de l'équipe - recrutements, évaluations, gestion du temps et des absences, plan de formation - avec le soutien du département RHParticiper à l'élaboration et au contrôle du budget du service, en collaboration avec le service FinancesDévelopper de nouvelles méthodes et procédures pour adapter le service aux évolutions pédagogiques de la société et du contexte politique et réglementaireReprésenter le service et promouvoir ses initiatives en interne et en externe Profil recherché :Diplôme d'éducateur gradué homologué au Luxembourg, ou diplômé avec autorisation d'exercer Expérience confirmée d'au moins 3 ans dans la gestion de structure et le management d'équipe Expérience préalable et connaissance approfondie du domaine de l'Aide à l'Enfance et à la FamilleMaitrise du luxembourgeois, du français et de l'allemand ; toute autre langue est un atoutIntérêt pour les thématiques actuelles des dynamiques et ouvert à l'innovation pédagogiqueEsprit d'équipe et de collaboration Attitude bienveillant/ante, neutre et empathiqueMaîtrise des outils informatiques courants (Office ) Permis de conduire B En cas d'embauche, un extrait de vous sera demandé.
