Leurs valeurs sont le travail d'équipe, l'engagement envers leurs clients et l'innovation constant/ante.Votre missionVous assurez le suivi opérationnel de nos gammes snacking et cuisson en magasin Fischer, en accompagnant au quotidien les filiales et les équipes sur le terrain.Vos principales responsabilitésAccompagner les filiales et les équipes opérationnelles- Apporter votre expertise sur les produits de boulangerie, les gammes et les processus de cuisson.- Former et accompagner les équipes dans les cuissons, les productions et la mise en place des gammes.- Veiller au respect des bonnes pratiques HACCP et à la qualité d'exécution.- Conseiller les équipes sur l'installation et la mise en valeur des produits afin d'améliorer l'expérience client.Garantir la faisabilité technique et économique- Intégrer les contraintes budgétaires, logistiques et organisationnelles propres aux magasins.- Réaliser le chiffrage détaillé des produits et calculer les marges.- Créer des fiches techniques précises, directement utilisables par les équipes.Soutenir les équipes Sales Support et Marketing- Préparer les échantillons nécessaires, qu'ils soient ponctuels ou planifiés.- Réaliser des vidéos pédagogiques de recettes destinées aux équipes.- Participer aux shootings photo et vidéo ainsi qu'aux ateliers.Votre profil- Vous disposez d'une expérience dans l'univers de la boulangerie, du snacking, du traiteur ou de la restauration.- Vous maîtrisez les produits, les méthodes de cuisson et les contraintes liées à la production en point de vente.- Vous connaissez les principes HACCP et savez les traduire en pratiques simples et fiables.- Vous êtes à l'aise avec le calcul des coûts et des marges ainsi qu'avec la rédaction de fiches techniques.- Pédagogue et proche du terrain, vous aimez transmettre votre savoir-faire et accompagner les équipes.- Organisé(e), autonome et doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, vous savez travailler en transversal.- Vous êtes disponible pour vous déplacer régulier/ièrement au sein de nos filiales et points de vente.- Le français courant est indispensable ; l'allemand et/ou l'anglais constituent un atout.Nous offrons- Un poste concret et visible, avec un impact direct sur nos produits et l'expérience de nos clients.- Un environnement de travail dynamique au sein d'un groupe familial luxembourgeois attaché à la qualité.- Des échanges avec des équipes issues de la production, de la vente, du Sales Support et du Marketing.- Des avantages attractifs : horaires flexibles, tickets restaurant, réductions sur nos produits.Nous vous présenterons volontiers ce poste ainsi que notre entreprise lors d'un entretien individuel dans nos locaux.Ce challenge vous intéresse ?
