Chef de Projet ERP/Odoo (H/F) Optim'EASE est un cabinet luxembourgeois créé en février , spécialisé en Excellence Opérationnelle, Transformation Digitale, Conduite du Changement, Gestion de Projets et Data Analytics. Aux côtés de grands groupes, nous accompagnons aussi les PME et grandes entreprises locales dans leur transformation organisationnelle et digitale, notamment via le déploiement de solutions ERP, en particulier Odoo. La réussite de ce type de projet repose sur une compréhension fine du fonctionnement de l'entreprise cliente et une réelle maîtrise des fonctionnalités d'Odoo. C'est dans ce contexte qu'Optim'EASE recrute un(e) Chef de Projet ERP/Odoo (H/F) Vos missions : Au carrefour du métier et de la technologie, vous portez des projets de transformation à fort impact : Recueillir les besoins métiers et les traduire en un périmètre de projet et une feuille de route claire.Concevoir des solutions fonctionnelles Odoo sur mesure et évolutives.Piloter le projet ERP de bout en bout : planning, budget, ressources et risques, du cadrage jusqu'au go-live.Faire dialoguer clients, consultants, développeurs et équipes internes autour d'objectifs partagés.Superviser le paramétrage, les développements spécifiques et les intégrations avec les équipes techniques.Garantir un reporting clair, structuré et transparent auprès de toutes les parties prenant/antes.Accompagner la conduite du changement : formation, support et adoption par les utilisateurs.Contribuer au développement commercial en renforçant la relation client et en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités. Votre profil : Diplôme Bac+5 (ingénieur, école de commerce, économie ou équivalent).Au moins 6 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets ERP.Expérience confirmée sur des cycles complets d'implémentation ERP.Bonne maîtrise d'Odoo et de ses modules clés.Solide compréhension des processus métiers (Comptabilité, Logistique, Finance, Ventes, Production,.).Capacité à traduire des besoins métiers en solutions concrètes.Très bon niveau de français et d'anglais; l'allemand est un atout. Ce qui vous caractérise : Un esprit analytique et un vrai sens de la résolution de problèmes.La capacité à mener plusieurs projets de front dans des environnements complexes.Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités.Une aisance dans des contextes exigeants et en constant/ante évolution.
