Notre client est une entreprise spécialisée dans l'installation de génie climatique (HVAC). Elle fait partie d'un groupe luxembourgeois actif sur l'ensemble des métiers techniques du bâtiment. Ce groupe connaît une forte croissance depuis plusieurs années. Son équipe à taille humaine est stable depuis de nombreur/euses années. Elle fonctionne dans un esprit convivial et familial, où l'entraide et le partage de connaissances sont des réflexes au quotidien. Chacun peut ainsi évoluer, que ce soit vers d'autres départements ou vers des postes à responsabilités.Pour renforcer son équipe et accompagner un carnet de commandes soutenu, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Chef de Projet HVAC qui conduira des projets sur l'ensemble du territoire luxembourgeois Rattaché(e) au Directeur Technique, vous pilotez des projets d'installation HVAC de 2 à 4 M€, d'une durée d'environ un an. Ces projets portent sur des bâtiments complets (bureaux, tertiaire) et couvrent la ventilation, le chauffage et l'électricité.À ce titre, vous :Coordonnez les différents intervenants du projet, notamment les bureaux d'études, les architectes et les équipes chantier.Assurez le suivi de chantier sur site et animez les réunions de chantier.Gérez le budget, le planning et les commandes de matériel.Résolvez les problématiques techniques, avec l'appui d'un ingénieur interne.Assurez le reporting auprès de votre direction.Êtes force de proposition pour améliorer les méthodes et la qualité de service, sur votre périmètre comme pour l'entreprise en général.Votre profil :Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un bachelier ou d'un master en ingénierie civile, électromécanique ou énergétique, ou d'une formation équivalente.Vous avez une expérience réussie dans la gestion de projets d'installation technique du bâtiment (HVAC, génie climatique, électricité), idéalement chez un installateur luxembourgeoisVous êtes autonome, organisé(e) et à l'aise dans la coordination multi-intervenants.Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, aimez partager vos connaissances et soutenir vos collègues.Vous maîtrisez Excel. Les outils internes vous seront présentés à votre arrivée.Vous parlez couramment français.
