Le cabinet de recrutement Manpower Luxembourg recrute pour l'un de ses clients, un acteur reconnu et en forte croissance dans le secteur de la construction, un Chef de Projet Parachèvement (H/F/X) . Au sein d'une entreprise dynamique, vous prenez la responsabilité complète de vos projets et jouez un rôle clé dans leur réussite technique, financier/ière et opérationnelle. Votre mission: Véritable chef d'orchestre, vous coordonnez l'ensemble des intervenants afin de garantir la bonne réalisation des projets de parachèvement dans le respect des objectifs fixés. Vos responsabilités: Piloter les projets de parachèvement depuis leur lancement jusqu'à leur réception finale. Assurer le respect des délais, des budgets et des standards de qualité. Planifier et coordonner les ressources humaines, techniques et matérielles nécessaires aux chantiers. Animer les réunions de chantier et garantir une communication fluide entre les équipes, les bureaux d'études, les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants. Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients et veiller à leur satisfaction tout au long du projet. Gérer les achats, les appels d'offres et les contrats de sous-traitance. Assurer le suivi financier des opérations et analyser la rentabilité des projets. Identifier les risques potentiels et mettre en œuvre des solutions efficaces pour sécuriser l'avancement des travaux. Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus et à l'optimisation des performances. Votre profil: Formation supérieure en construction, génie civil ou équivalent. Expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans la gestion de projets de parachèvement, de second œuvre ou d'aménagement intérieur. Solides compétences en organisation, planification et gestion budgétaire. Leadership naturel et capacité à fédérer des équipes multidisciplinaires. Excellent relationnel et sens du service client. Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d'anglais. Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office, notamment Excel. La connaissance de Navision constitue un réel atout. Pourquoi rejoindre cette entreprise ? Une fonction stratégique avec une grande autonomie.
