Au cœur de la transformation numérique des Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc, le/la Chef(fe) de projet Analytics coordonne des projets transversaux liés à la réutilisation, au partage et à la valorisation des données de santé.Sous la responsabilité du Program Management Officer et en étroite collaboration avec le Chef de Service Medical Data Analytics et le manager Reporting, il/elle assure le lien entre les besoins métiers, les équipes data, les services IT, les chercheurs, les équipes médicales et les partenaires externes.Ses principales responsabilités sont de :- cadrer et planifier les projets : besoins, ressources, charges, délais et livrables ;- coordonner les activités du service Medical Data Analytics et de ses partenaires ;- analyser les flux, sources et modalités de partage des données ;faciliter l'alignement entre les besoins utilisateurs et les possibilités techniques du DPI et de l'infrastructure analytique ;- assurer le suivi de la qualité, de la sécurité et de la conformité des données ;- identifier les risques et points de blocage et contribuer à leur résolution ;coordonner les interactions avec les différents acteurs internes et externes ;- contribuer à l'amélioration, la documentation et l'automatisation des processus ;- accompagner les évolutions technologiques et réglementaires liées à la donnée de santé.Un rôle clé pour faire le lien entre expertise data, enjeux médicaux et gestion de projet, et transformer les besoins de l'hôpital en solutions concrètes.Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) capable de conjuguer expertise data, compréhension de l'environnement hospitalier et capacités de coordination.Vous disposez de :- un diplôme en informatique, ingénierie, mathématiques, physique ou domaine scientifique similaire ;- minimum 4 ans d'expérience en environnement hospitalier, idéalement dans un contexte de Dossier Patient Informatisé ;- une expérience en gestion de projets et en coordination d'acteurs multidisciplinaires ;- une bonne connaissance des systèmes d'information médicale et des flux de données ;- des certifications Epic sur au moins deux modules du DPI ;- une bonne maîtrise des outils d'extraction, de traitement et de transmission de données ; des connaissances en SQL et/ou BI constituent un atout ;- une bonne compréhension des enjeux de gouvernance, sécurité et réglementation des données, notamment RGPD et AI Act.Vous êtes :- analytique, structuré(e) et orienté(e) solutions ;- organisé(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs projets et priorités ;- à l'aise pour communiquer avec des interlocuteurs variés, y compris des profils médicaux, techniques et scientifiques ;- diplomate, collaboratif(ve) et orienté(e) service ;- autonome, tout en appréciant le travail en équipe ;- curieux(se) et motivé(e) par l'évolution des technologies et des usages de la donnée.Une connaissance des méthodologies Agile/Scrum ainsi que des concepts DevOps/MLOps constitue un plus.
