Grâce à son expertise et à son approche axée sur la qualité, ELTEC accompagne aussi bien les particuliers que les entreprises et les syndics dans leurs projets d'installation, de rénovation et de maintenance électrique. Afin de renforcer ses équipes techniques, ELTEC recherche un(e) Chiffreur Deviseur expérimenté(e), rigoureux(se) et autonome. Le poste porte sur des projets d'électricité bâtiment et des marchés publics, sous la responsabilité du responsable études / de la Direction. Vos tâches chez nous Vous réaliserez les études de prix et les offres commerciales pour des projets d'électricité bâtiment et des marchés publics, dans le respect des exigences techniques et des délais. Vos missions principales :Analyser les plans, cahiers des charges et dossiers d'appel d'offres.Réaliser les métrés et quantitatifs.Consulter les fournisseurs et sous-traitants en négociant prix et délais.Chiffrer les fournitures, la main-d'œuvre et les prestations.Établir les offres de prix.Vérifier la conformité technique des offres.Comparer les prix et négocier avec les fournisseurs.Préparer les dossiers de soumission pour les projets publics.Assurer le suivi des offres et répondre aux demandes de clarification.Participer à l'optimisation technique et financier/ière des projets. Vous attirez notre attention avec votreExpérience en chiffrage/devis dans le domaine de l'électricité bâtiment.Bonne connaissance des installations électriques.Maîtrise de la lecture de plans et cahiers des charges.Rigueur, autonomie et sens de l'organisation.Bon esprit d'analyse et sens du détail.Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et logiciels de chiffrage.Expérience des marchés publics appréciée.Permis de conduire apprécié.
