Elle représente aujourd'hui quelques . entreprises, intervenant à raison de % dans le PIB luxembourgeois et occupant % du total de l'emploi salarié.La promotion de l'entrepreneuriat et de l'esprit d'entreprise, le soutien au développement et à l'internationalisation des entreprises, le développement de la formation professionnelle initiale et continue ou encore la promotion d'un cadre législatif et réglementaire propice au développement économique constituent quelques missions légales clés de cet établissement public au service des entreprises et de l'économie.En tant que Client Services Advisor au sein de la House of Entrepreneurship de la Chambre de Commerce, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le soutien et l'accompagnement des entreprises tout au long de leur parcours. Votre mission principale consistera à sensibiliser, informer, orienter et accompagner les entreprises.RESPONSABILITÉS Conseiller et orienter les entreprises (principalement TPE/PME) en identifiant leurs besoins et en proposant des solutions adaptées.Accompagner les entreprises à travers les différents programmes proposés par la House of Entrepreneurship en assurant un suivi personnalisé.Sensibiliser et informer sur les bonnes pratiques liés au développement de l'entreprise.Participer à la gestion et à la coordination de projets transversaux, en collaboration avec d'autres équipes et partenaires.Contribuer à l'organisation d'événements.COMPETENCES REQUISESTitulaire d'un Bac+3/Bac+5 en gestion, commerce, entrepreneuriat, digitalisation ou équivalent.Maîtrise des langues française, allemande et anglaise, la langue luxembourgeoise constituant un atout.Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et d'analyse.Sens de l'écoute pour identifier les besoins d'un client et avoir le contact facile avec les entreprises.Proactif, autonome, empathique et organisé(e) et aimant le travail en équipe.Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques MS Office et à l'aise avec l'utilisation d'autres outils digitaux.NOUS OFFRONS Un travail varié et stimulant et à fort impact, au service des entrepreneurs et du tissu économique luxembourgeois.La possibilité de contribuer directement au développement des entreprises.Un environnement de travail collaboratif et inspirant, au sein d'une équipe dynamique et engagéeDes opportunités de développement personnel et professionnel (formations, projets transversaux, événements).Une rémunération attractive en fonction de vos compétences et performances.Toute candidature est traitée dans la plus stricte confidentialité.
