Luxembourg recrute pour une société de gestion agréée CSSF, dans un contexte de renforcement du dispositif de conformité et de montée en exigence réglementaire. Vos missions Mise en oeuvre et suivi du programme de conformité et du dispositif LBC/FT Revue des dossiers KYC/KYT, analyse des cas complexes et des PEP Suivi des circulaires CSSF et adaptation des politiques internes Reporting au conseil d'administration et aux dirigeants agréés Interlocuteur du régulateur et des auditeurs sur le périmètre conformité Sensibilisation et formation des équipes internes PROFIL Votre profil Formation juridique, économique ou en gestion des risques 3 à 8 ans d'expérience en conformité au sein d'un PSF, d'une ManCo, d'une banque ou d'un cabinet de conseil Bonne connaissance du cadre réglementaire luxembourgeois (loi de modifiée, circulaires CSSF, AIFMD, UCITS) Anglais courant, français professionnel Capacité à trancher et à argumenter face à des équipes commerciales Ce qui vous est proposé Fonction visible, rattachée directement à la direction Périmètre large plutôt qu'un rôle de contrôle de second niveau cantonné Perspective d'agrément (conducting officer) à moyen terme Télétravail, bonus, plan de pension, assurance groupe
