Née de la fusion de deux unités opérationnelles, la société GABBANAelcom S.A. réunit plus de collaborateurs spécialisés dans tous les domaines de l'équipement technique du bâtiment : chauffage, sanitaire, ventilation, climatisation, électricité, domotique, énergies renouvelables, et bien plus encore. Grâce à notre approche globale et à notre savoir-faire reconnu, nous concevons, réalisons et assurons la maintenance de projets techniques innovants de toute envergure. Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Comptable (H/F/D) motivé(e) pour intégrer une équipe technique dynamique et souriant/ante. Vos missions : - Etablissement du bilan comptable annuel- Participation à la préparation des clôtures annuelles & mensuelles- Préparation et introduction des différentes TVA- Préparation des documents administratifs (STATEC)- Suivi des retenues de garantie et des garanties bancaires- Vérifications, encodages et comptabilisations des factures d'achats et des extraits bancaires- Imputation comptable analytique par chantier- Traitement et gestion des rappels de paiement des factures clients- Suivi des dossiers clients et fournisseurs (contact par téléphone, e-mail et courrier)- Gestion et suivis des opérations entre les sociétés du groupe- Contrôle, classement et suivi des pièces comptables- Classement et archivage des documents comptables. Votre profil : - Titulaire d'un diplôme en comptabilité (minimum bac +3)- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en fiduciaire ou en fonction comptable similaire- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et avez le sens des responsabilités- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et possédez un bon relationnel- Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques, notamment le Pack Office. La connaissance du logiciel Intégrix est un atout.- Maitrise du français mais toute autre langue constitue un avantage.
