POSTE MISSION PRINCIPALE Sous la responsabilité du CFO ou du COO, vous assurez la production, la fiabilité et la conformité des états financiers de l'entité. Vous pilotez la comptabilité technique assurance et participez activement aux clôtures périodiques ainsi qu'aux rapports réglementaires. Responsabilités clés 1. Comptabilité technique et opérations - Superviser les flux de primes, de réserves de primes, de sinistres et les commissions. - Valider les interfaces entre les outils métiers et le grand livre. - Justifier les comptes de tiers : assurés, courtiers, réassureurs (contrats). - Gérer la comptabilité des traités de réassurance. 2. Clôtures et reporting - Piloter les arrêtés comptables mensuels, trimestriels et annuels. - Calculer et comptabiliser les provisions techniques (hors provisions pour sinistres). - Analyser les écarts entre le réalisé et le budget. - Rédiger les liasses de consolidation et les annexes des états financiers (intragroupes) si nécessaire. - Déposer et enregistrer les comptes annuels (eCDF & LBR). 3. Réglementation (Compliance) et fiscalité - Calculer et comptabiliser les provisions d'impôts et établir les déclarations fiscales (impôts des sociétés et TVA). - Participer à la production des états réglementaires demandés par le commissariat aux Assurances (Directive Solvabilité II). - Assurer la veille technique sur les normes comptables (Lux GAAP, IFRS ). - Être l'interlocuteur principal des commissaires aux comptes et des auditeurs. PROFIL PROFIL RECHERCHE Compétences techniques - Maîtrise des règles comptables spécifiques au secteur de l'assurance et de la réassurance. - Connaissance des exigences réglementaires (Directive Solvabilité II). - Maîtrise de la Suite Microsoft (spécialement Excel) et des ERP tels que SAP, en particulier les modules FI (Finance) et CO (Contrôle de gestion). Qualités professionnelles - Dynamisme, Rigueur, Analyse, Autonomie, Esprit d'équipe. Formation et expérience - Diplôme : Bac+4/5 en Comptabilité/Finance (DSCG, Master CCA, École de commerce). - Expérience : 5 ans minimum en cabinet d'audit (portefeuille assurance/réassurance) ou en compagnies d'assurance / mutuelle / courtier. Compétences linguistiques - Français : Courant / Professionnel (C1) - Anglais : Courant / Professionnel (C1) - La maitrise de l'italien constitue un atout Salaire : k bruts annuels Type de contrat : CDI
