À propos de nous Devenez un acteur clé d'une entreprise majeure de la construction au Luxembourg !Notre client est une société important/ante, reconnue dans le secteur de la construction, située au sud du Luxembourg. Pour accompagner son développement et moderniser ses pratiques, elle recherche un(e) Conducteur(trice) de travaux principal(e) expérimenté(e) et engagé(e).Vous intégrerez un environnement dynamique, où vos compétences managériales et techniques seront valorisées. Mission En tant que Conducteur(trice) de travaux principal(e), vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la gestion globale des chantiers et dans le bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise.Vos responsabilités :Suivre l'évolution de l'entreprise en participant aux projets de modernisation, investissements et formations.Surveiller et encadrer les conducteurs de travaux et les métreurs.Établir les offres commerciales en fonction des besoins des clients et des projets.Organiser, surveiller et facturer certains chantiers.Préparer les contrats et assurer leur bonne gestion.Animer les réunions internes dédiées à l'analyse comptable, au suivi des métrés, à la préparation des travaux et à l'avancement des chantiers.Gérer le matériel utilisé sur les chantiers sous votre responsabilité.Veiller au strict respect des consignes de sécurité sur les sites. Profil Vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) aguerri(e), capable de superviser et coordonner plusieurs chantiers et équipes ?Vous disposez :D'un diplôme de niveau Bac+4 et/ou d'au moins ans d'expérience en conduite de travaux.D'une solide expertise technique en bâtiment et/ou génie civil.De compétences confirmées en management d'équipes.D'une capacité à piloter des projets complexes et à garantir leur réussite.
