Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons : Un Conseiller Commercial (m/f/x) Vos missions :Réaliser des appels sortants afin de prospecter de nouveaux clients et développer le portefeuille commercial.Identifier les besoins des prospects et clients afin de proposer les offres et services les plus adaptés.Conseiller les clients et assurer une expérience personnalisée tout au long du processus de vente.Assurer la promotion et la vente des produits et services de l'entreprise par téléphone.Réaliser des actions de fidélisation et contribuer au développement de la relation client.Traiter les appels entrants, répondre aux demandes d'information et orienter les clients vers les solutions appropriées.Assurer le suivi des contacts commerciaux et mettre à jour les informations dans les outils de gestion.Gérer les objections et contribuer à la résolution des réclamations dans une démarche orientée satisfaction client.Participer à l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux individuels et collectifs.Collaborer avec les différentes équipes internes afin d'assurer un service de qualité.Remplacement en magasin si besoin. Profil recherché : Formation commerciale ou équivalente.Une premier/ière expérience en télévente, vente à distance ou relation client est souhaitée, idéalement dans les télécommunications.Excellente aisance relationnelle et téléphonique.Sens commercial, capacité d'écoute et goût du challenge.Orienté résultats, avec une forte culture de la satisfaction client.Autonome, organisé et rigoureux.Maîtrise du français et du luxembourgeois ; toute autre langue constitue un atout.
