Le groupe exploite une enseigne de parapharmacies (Medi-Market Parapharmacies) et une enseigne de pharmacies (Pharmacies by Medi-Market Group). Ces deux enseignes regroupent plus de points de vente (de à m²) situés en Belgique, Luxembourg, Pays-Bas, Italie et Espagne. MEDI-MARKET GROUP recrute pour ses Parapharmacies au Luxembourg plusieurs : CONSEILLER(E)S DE VENTE (H/F/X) Diplômé(e)s en tant que :ESTHÉTICIEN(NE) / DIÉTÉTICIEN(NE) / NATUROPATHE / PHARMACIEN(NE) / ASSISTANT(E) EN PHARMACIE Temps partiel - h à h/semaine Vos responsabilités Le rôle principal d'un conseiller de vente est d'inspirer, de guider et d'aider nos clients de toutes les manier/ières possibles. Vos responsabilités, en tant que véritable ambassadeur de la société, sont variées :Vous écoutez et conseillez les clients afin qu'ils puissent trouver les produits qui répondent le mieux à leurs besoins.Vous présentez les produits et en expliquez les spécificités.Vous vous formez sur la gamme de produits afin d'élargir vos connaissances.Vous aimez découvrir et essayer de nouvelles approches et faites preuve d'ouverture face aux changements.Vous procédez à l'encaissement ou dirigez votre client vers un hôte de caisse.Vous êtes chargé(e) de la mise en valeur et du merchandising des produits.Vous maintenez vos rayons en ordre et attractifs.Atteindre les objectifs, en collaboration avec vos collègues, fait partie de vos défis quotidiens. Votre profil Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme dans l'un des domaines suivants : Sciences pharmaceutiques, Assistanat en pharmacie, Esthétique, Diététique ou Naturopathie.Une expérience dans la vente vous a permis d'acquérir une solide expérience du contact direct avec la clientèle.Le dynamisme, l'implication et le sens de l'organisation sont des qualités essentielles à votre réussite.Résolument orienté(e) client, vous mettez tout en œuvre pour le satisfaire et le fidéliser.Vous êtes dynamique, souriant(e), fiable, organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et honnête.La connaissance de l'allemand ou du luxembourgeois constitue un réel atout.
