POSTE Nous recherchons pour le compte d'un de nos clients, un(e) Consultant(e) Techni-Fonctionnel(le) expérimenté(e) sur les environnements : Microsoft Dynamics Business Central et Navision. Vos Missions : En tant que pivot de nos projets et du maintien en conditions opérationnelles de nos clients, vos responsabilités incluront : Support technique et fonctionnel : Prendre en charge la résolution des incidents (Niveaux 2 & 3) et accompagner les utilisateurs finaux sur Business Central et Navision. Implémentation : Participer activement aux phases de déploiement de Business Central (analyse, conception, paramétrage, tests et mise en production). Analyse et développement : Comprendre les besoins métiers, rédiger les spécifications, et réaliser ou superviser les adaptations techniques. Formation : Former les utilisateurs clés et rédiger la documentation associée PROFIL Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie de 5 ans minimum sur Microsoft Dynamics Business Central et/ou Dynamics NAV. Vous possédez une solide double compétence : maîtrise des flux fonctionnels standards (Finance, Achats, Ventes, etc.) et compréhension des aspects techniques (architecture, environnement de développement). Vous avez un excellent sens du service, une bonne capacité d'analyse et vous aimez résoudre des problématiques complexes en proposant des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients. Doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et êtes capable d'échanger avec des interlocuteurs fonctionnels et techniques afin d'assurer la réussite des projets. Autonome, rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un esprit d'initiative, vous savez vous adapter à des environnements variés et accompagner les clients dans l'évolution et l'optimisation de leurs outils de gestion. Votre curiosité technique et votre volonté de développer vos compétences vous permettent de rester à jour sur les évolutions de l'écosystème Microsoft Dynamics.
