Vous cherchez un nouveau challenge au sein d'une structure à taille humaine, où votre expertise aura un impact direct sur la vie des contribuables luxembourgeois ?Notre client développe la plateforme digitale de référence permettant à chacun de remplir sa déclaration fiscale de la manier/ière la plus simple, rapide et fiable possible. Pour accompagner sa forte croissance, nous recherchons un(e) expert(e) passionné(e) par le conseil et la pédagogie fiscale.Vos missions : Leadership & Support : Piloter et renforcer l'équipe support dans son travail quotidien et accompagner les membres s sur les sujets fiscaux complexes. Expertise Client : Traiter et résoudre les dossiers clients les plus techniques via les canaux digitaux (email, messagerie instantanée). Qualité du Contenu : Superviser la relecture, la validation et la fiabilisation de l'ensemble du contenu fiscal publié sur la plateforme. Rédaction & Pédagogie : Rédiger et superviser la création d'articles, de guides et de contenus d'information autour de la fiscalité luxembourgeoise des particuliers. Veille Réglementaire : Assurer une veille législative continue en droit fiscal et anticiper l'adaptation des outils digitaux aux évolutions réglementaires. Votre profil : Expérience : Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience réussie en fiscalité des personnes s au Luxembourg (cabinet, fiduciaire ou entreprise). Formation : Diplôme universitaire requis (Droit, Fiscalité, Économie ou domaine connexe). Langues : Maîtrise courant/ante du français et/ou de l'allemand. L'anglais et/ou le luxembourgeois constituent un réel avantage. Soft Skills : Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, sens de la pédagogie, rigueur et aptitude avérée à encadrer et former une équipe.
