Rejoignez MacAnders Luxembourg et participez au développement de notre bureau.Cabinet spécialisé dans le recrutement de profils experts et de cadres dirigeants, MacAnders renforce son équipe au Luxembourg et recherche un Consultant en recrutement .Votre rôle s'articule autour de deux piliers : la gestion autonome de vos missions de recrutement et le développement de votre portefeuille clients. Vos missions Développer votre portefeuille clientsIdentifier et prospecter de nouvelles entreprises sur le marché luxembourgeois.Entrer en relation avec les décideurs, comprendre leurs enjeux et détecter leurs besoins en recrutement.Présenter notre approche, négocier les conditions de collaboration et ouvrir de nouveaux comptes.Construire des relations durables avec vos interlocuteurs et fidéliser vos clients par la qualité de votre accompagnement.Développer votre présence sur le marché à travers votre réseau et les événements professionnels. Piloter vos recrutements de A à ZConseiller vos clients dans la définition de leurs besoins, des profils recherchés et de la stratégie de recrutement.Identifier et approcher les candidats grâce au sourcing, à l'approche directe et à votre réseau.Conduire les entretiens et évaluer les compétences, les motivations et l'adéquation des candidats avec les postes proposés.Présenter des candidatures ciblées et accompagner les échanges entre clients et candidats.Assurer le suivi du processus jusqu'à la négociation de l'offre, la prise de poste et l'intégration du candidat.Gérer votre activité avec rigueur et assurer un suivi régulier de vos missions et de vos actions commerciales. Votre profilVous disposez d'une expérience confirmée en cabinet de recrutement, avec une pratique du recrutement à °.Vous avez démontré votre capacité à prospecter, à ouvrir de nouveaux comptes et à développer un portefeuille clients.Vous savez mener vos missions en autonomie tout en appréciant le partage d'informations et le travail en équipe.Vous combinez sens commercial, qualité d'écoute et exigence dans l'évaluation des candidatures.Vous souhaitez contribuer concrètement au développement d'un bureau et prendre une place active dans sa croissance.Une connaissance du marché luxembourgeois et une expertise sectorielle constituent de réels atouts.Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais ; toute autre langue sera appréciée.
