Consultant en Recrutement (h/f) Acteur dynamique et reconnu sur le marché du travail temporaire et du recrutement, notre client est solidement implanté à Luxembourg depuis de nombreur/euses années. Porté par une croissance constant/ante, il recherche un Consultant en Recrutement (h/f) pour gérer le recrutement ouvrier de l'une de ses agences. Vos missions : Rattaché(e) au responsable d'agence, vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement et de la gestion de votre portefeuille clients. Votre quotidien s'articule autour de deux axes principaux : L'activité recrutement & sourcingDéfinir les profils recherchés en lien direct avec les besoins des entreprises clientes.Rédiger et diffuser les annonces d'emploi sur les différents jobboards.Accueillir les candidats en agence.Sélectionner les candidats par sourcing, tri de CV, entretiens téléphoniques et s.Évaluer les compétences et valider l'adéquation profil - poste.Suivre l'intégration des intérimaires et le bon déroulement des missions.La relation client & le suivi administratifFidéliser et développer votre portefeuille clients en leur apportant un service réactif et de qualité.Assurer la gestion administrative liée à l'activité, constitution des dossiers des candidats, élaboration des contrats de travail, suivi des relevés d'heures.Garantir le respect de la législation du travail temporaire. Votre profil : Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure (Bac+2 à Bac+5), vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie au sein d'une agence d'intérim ou d'un cabinet de recrutement.Vous maîtrisez les techniques d'entretien, les outils de sourcing et les différents canaux de communication.Vous êtes doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, d'un sens du service client développé et d'une grande .Votre réactivité et votre esprit d'équipe feront la différence.
