Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recrutons un.e Consultant.e IAM Gouvernance des Habilitations pour intégrer notre client, acteur majeur du secteur financier, et contribuer à la gestion des accès, à la conformité des habilitations et à la sécurisation des environnements informatiques. Votre champ d'action- Participer à la mise en place des droits d'accès sur les nouvelles applications- Organiser et réaliser les campagnes de revue des habilitations- Identifier les conflits de séparation des tâches (SoD) et les combinaisons de droits à risque- Assurer le suivi des actions de remédiation et le traitement des écarts- Participer aux audits, contrôles et démarches de conformité- Réaliser les reportings et assurer le suivi des activités Vos compétences techniques- Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans le domaine de l'Identity & Access Management (IAM)- Expérience confirmée en gouvernance des identités et des habilitations- Bonne maîtrise d'Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, RACF et des bases de données- Connaissance de One Identity Manager ou d'une solution IGA équivalente- Bonne compréhension des problématiques de contrôle des accès et de conformité- Connaissance de CyberArk ou d'une solution PAM équivalente constitue un atout Votre profil- Diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 en informatique, cybersécurité ou équivalent- Rigueur et sens de l'organisation- Autonomie dans la gestion de vos activités- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse- Bon relationnel et aptitude à travailler avec des interlocuteurs techniques et métiers- Maîtrise du français indispensable ; l'anglais constitue un atout Ce que nous vous offrons- Un CDI au sein d'UFO², dans une équipe à taille humaine- Un environnement stimulant au cœur des enjeux de sécurité et de conformité- Des projets à forte valeur ajoutée dans le secteur financier luxembourgeois- Une montée en compétences continue sur les sujets IAM et gouvernance des accès- Une culture d'entreprise centrée sur la confiance, l'autonomie et la transparence
