Dans le cadre du renforcement d'une équipe Finance, nous recherchons un(e) Contrôleur(se) de gestion industriel / Cost Controller pour une opportunité basée au Luxembourg. Vos missionsEn lien étroit avec les équipes Finance et les fonctions opérationnelles, vous interviendrez sur le suivi et l'analyse des coûts, des marges et de la performance financier/ière.Vos principales responsabilités seront :Suivre et analyser les coûts de production, coûts de revient et margesCalculer, mettre à jour et contrôler les coûts standardsAnalyser les écarts entre coûts standards et coûts réels et identifier les principaux facteurs explicatifsSuivre l'évolution des différents postes de coûts de productionRéaliser des analyses de marge et de rentabilitéParticiper au suivi des stocks et de leur valorisation, notamment des provisionsContribuer aux clôtures mensuelles sur les sujets liés aux coûts, stocks et à la performanceProduire et suivre les reportings financiers et indicateurs de performance (KPI)Participer aux processus de budget et forecastCollaborer avec les différentes équipes opérationnelles afin de comprendre et anticiper les évolutions de coûtsIdentifier les écarts, risques et opportunités et contribuer à la mise en place d'actions d'optimisation des coûts et de la rentabilitéParticiper à l'amélioration continue des processus de controlling, outils de reporting et qualité des donnéesRéaliser des analyses financier/ières ponctuelles afin d'accompagner la prise de décision Votre profilFormation supérieure en Finance, Contrôle de gestion, Comptabilité, Gestion ou domaine équivalentExpérience en contrôle de gestion industriel, Cost Controlling ou Cost AccountingBonne maîtrise des problématiques de coûts de revient, coûts standards, analyse des écarts, stocks et margesBonne compréhension des principes comptables et financiersExcellentes capacités d'analyse et capacité à transformer les données financier/ières en informations utiles à la prise de décisionTrès bonne maîtrise d'ExcelExpérience d'un ERP et/ou d'outils de reportingCapacité à travailler en proximité avec des équipes opérationnelles et à challenger les donnéesProfil rigoureux, analytique, autonome et orienté résultatsBon relationnel et capacité à travailler dans un environnement internationalMaîtrise du français L'opportunitéVous rejoindrez une fonction transverse, au cœur des enjeux de maîtrise des coûts, analyse de la rentabilité et pilotage de la performance.
