Pour le compte d'une institution financier/ière de référence sur la place bancaire luxembourgeoise, Le Grand & Associates recrute un(e) Contrôleur des opérations de fonds (F/H).Au sein du département dédié aux investissements non cotés (Private Debt & Real Assets), vous rejoignez une équipe d'experts à taille humaine. Vous agissez en véritable pivot opérationnel entre le Front Office, les gérants de portefeuille, la banque dépositaire et les contreparties de marché.Missions & Responsabilités Oversight & Supervision des NAV : Contrôle de second niveau des valeurs liquidatives produites par l'administrateur central, revue des modèles de valorisation et coordination des reportings financiers destinés aux investisseurs institutionnels. Gestion du cycle de vie du crédit (Loan Operations) : Suivi administratif et financier des facilités de crédit (appels de fonds, tirages d'emprunts, calcul des intérêts/coupons, amortissements et remboursements de capital). Cash Management & Trésorerie : Pilotage des flux bancaires, suivi de la liquidité, réconciliation des comptes dépositaires et suivi des lignes de financement de court terme (subscription facilities). Coordination des transactions & Structuration : Support opérationnel aux opérations de closing, participation à l'implémentation de nouveaux s d'investissement (SCSp, RAIF, SICAV) et sécurisation des flux de souscription/rachat. Pilotage des prestataires & Relations tiers : Suivi qualitatif des dépositaires, agents de transfert et auditeurs dans le respect des accords de niveau de service (SLA/KPI). Efficacité opérationnelle & Projets : Rationalisation des circuits d'information, fiabilisation des référentiels de données et participation active aux projets d'automatisation des processus. Profil recherché Formation : Bac+5 (Master 2, École de Commerce ou Université) avec spécialisation en Finance d'entreprise, Banque ou Marchés financiers. Expérience : 3 à 5 ans sur des fonctions similaires (Middle Office, Fund Operations, Administration de fonds) au sein d'un établissement bancaire, d'une AIFM ou d'un asset servicer, avec une exposition concrète aux stratégies de dette privée ou de marchés privés. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des instruments de dette, des flux de règlement/livraison, de la réconciliation bancaire et des principes comptables applicables aux fonds alternatifs luxembourgeois. Qualités : Rigueur opérationnelle, esprit de synthèse, posture proactive et capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau (Gérants, Direction des risques, Auditeurs). Langues : Maîtrise professionnelle courant/ante du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
