Ses activités nationales et ses collaborations européennes contribuent à la qualité des soins, à l'équité d'accès et à une utilisation responsable des ressources. L'INC recrute un(e) : Contrôleur financier et trésorier (H/F/X) Nous recherchons un(e) gestionnaire pour piloter le contrôle de gestion, superviser la trésorerie et accompagner la Direction dans le pilotage financier et l'amélioration de la performance de notre organisation. DESCRIPTION DU POSTE : Budget et prévisions : coordonner l'élaboration et le suivi des budgets, établir les prévisions financier/ières et les plans pluriannuels, et suivre les conventions annuelles et pluriannuelles avec les bailleurs de fonds nationaux et européens.Reporting et analyse : produire des tableaux de bord financiers et opérationnels, analyser les écarts entre budget, prévisions et réalisé, et proposer des actions correctives.Pilotage financier : accompagner la Direction et les responsables opérationnels dans leurs décisions financier/ières, notamment en évaluant le coût complet et la continuité du financement des nouvelles activités et coopérations approuvées, y compris après la fin des projets européens.Coordination comptable et audit : assurer la cohérence des rapports financiers et comptables relatifs aux financements nationaux et européens, et assurer la liaison avec les auditeurs pour le reporting financier et la clôture annuelle des comptes.Trésorerie : superviser les prévisions de trésorerie et les flux financiers, et veiller à la sécurité des paiements.Optimisation des processus et contrôle interne : améliorer les outils de gestion, les ERP et les outils de Business Intelligence afin de renforcer la fiabilité des données financier/ières. Cette fonction salariée de trésorerie est distincte du mandat statutaire de trésorier du Conseil d'administration. EXIGENCES DU POSTE : Master (Bac+5) en finance, gestion, audit ou contrôle de gestion.3 à 5 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion.Expérience en gestion de trésorerie et suivi des flux financiers.Excellente maîtrise d'Excel, des ERP financiers et des outils de Business Intelligence.Solides compétences analytiques, rigueur, autonomie et capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés.Excellentes capacités de communication, de synthèse et de leadership.Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit et très bonne maîtrise du français. Le luxembourgeois et l'allemand sont un atout.Une expérience des financements publics ou européens, du secteur associatif ou de la /recherche est un atout ; connaissance des exigences comptables luxembourgeoises et d'Odoo appréciée.
