Vos missions: Répondre aux questions techniques du personnel de conduite concernant les s.Coordonner et suivre les interventions réalisées par l'atelier.Organiser le travail et planifier les affectations du personnel de l'atelier.Superviser les activités de l'atelier et optimiser ses processus.Assurer le contrôle qualité, le calcul des coûts et la facturation des interventions.Créer, gérer et suivre les ordres de travail.Veiller à la bonne exécution des travaux.Planifier les rendez-vous à l'aide de notre logiciel de gestion de flotte COSonline.Assurer les échanges avec les constructeurs de s.Tenir à jour le logiciel de gestion de flotte et ses interfaces.Être la personne de référence pour les questions du personnel de l'atelier. Votre profil: Vous avez achevé une formation professionnelle en mécanique ou en mécatronique automobile. Un brevet de maîtrise constitue un atout.Vous savez encadrer une équipe et possédez un bon sens de l'organisation.Vous faites preuve d'initiative, de flexibilité et de .Vous avez envie d'apprendre et aimez prendre des responsabilités.Vous maîtrisez MS Office et êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques.Une expérience des logiciels de gestion de flotte constitue un atout.Vous maîtrisez le français et l'allemand.Atouts:Des connaissances en luxembourgeois et en anglais, ainsi qu'une expérience dans le domaine ou plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle, constituent des atouts supplémentaires.
