Nous recherchons un Relationship Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant que Corporate Advisor dans le secteur immobilier. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience dans la gestion de relations clients et une connaissance approfondie du secteur immobilier.Responsabilités :Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients actifs dans les segments ADC (Acquisition, Development, Construction) et IPRE (Income Producing Real Estate).Fournir des conseils stratégiques et financiers aux clients.Analyser des projets d'investissement immobilier, préparer des dossiers de crédit et les présenter aux instances de décision.Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour offrir des solutions sur mesure aux clients.Assurer une veille concurrentielle et suivre les tendances du marché immobilier. Qualifications :Diplôme en finance, économie, gestion ou domaine connexe.Expérience avérée en tant que Relationship Manager / Corporate Advisor.Connaissance approfondie du secteur immobilier.Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.Capacité à travailler de manier/ière autonome et en équipe. Profil / Soft Skills :Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et relationnelles.Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à respecter les délais.Esprit analytique et rigoureux.Capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes.Proactivité et capacité à prendre des initiatives.Flexibilité et capacité d'adaptation dans un environnement en constant/ante évolution.Passionné. Compétences linguistiques :Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (prérequis).La connaissance des langues luxembourgeoise et allemande sera considéré comme un atout.
