À propos de la mission Dans le cadre d'un projet d'envergure, nous recherchons un Team Leader / Developer capable de piloter une équipe de développement tout en contribuant activement aux activités techniques. Vous interviendrez sur la maintenance, l'évolution et l'intégration d'applications critiques au sein d'un environnement technologique varié.Vous serez responsable de la coordination des activités de développement, de la qualité des livrables et du respect des bonnes pratiques de développement. Vous participerez à la conception et à l'implémentation de solutions basées sur des technologies telles que Java, PL/SQL, Angular, les API et services web, ainsi que différentes plateformes de gestion de contenu et de traitement documentaire. Vous collaborerez avec les équipes métiers et techniques dans un environnement de travail organisé selon les principes Kanban, avec une forte attention portée à la qualité, aux tests et à l'amélioration continue. Ce que nous attendons de vous Expérience confirmée en développement et leadership technique.Très bonne maîtrise de PL/SQL et des environnements Oracle.Solide expérience dans le développement d'applications Java Web, incluant les API, services web, Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat ou WebLogic.Maîtrise des technologies front-end Angular, TypeScript, HTML5 et CSS.Connaissances des technologies JMS, XML et XPath.Expérience avec Alfresco, Oracle WebCenter Content (WCC) et Exalead.Connaissances des outils BusinessObjects et des processus ETL.Expérience sur Oracle Forms & Reports.Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion de versions et de l'écosystème DevOps (Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD).Expérience dans les activités de tests, d'assurance qualité et de validation des solutions.Sensibilité aux principes d'UX/UI et à l'expérience utilisateur.Excellentes capacités de coordination, de communication et d'accompagnement d'équipe.Expérience dans un environnement de travail agile basé sur Kanban.
