POSTE Notre client est un cabinet de services IT à taille humaine, implanté au Luxembourg et doté d'une présence internationale. Reconnu pour son approche qualitative et sa proximité client, il accompagne de grands comptes des secteurs de la banque, de la finance, des PSF et des environnements réglementés sur leurs ressources IT. Dans le cadre de son développement sur le marché luxembourgeois, il recherche un(e) Business Developer IT pour ouvrir de nouveaux comptes et bâtir des relations clients durables. Véritable ambassadeur(rice) du cabinet, vous pilotez le développement commercial sur la place luxembourgeoise : -Identifier, prospecter et ouvrir de nouveaux comptes ; -Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients grands comptes ; -Comprendre les enjeux métiers et technologiques de vos interlocuteurs pour proposer des solutions à valeur ajoutée ; -Mener vos rendez-vous en toute autonomie et animer votre réseau lors d'événements professionnels ; -Négocier les conditions commerciales et piloter votre activité vers vos objectifs. PROFIL Nous recherchons : -Une expérience confirmée ( ans et +) en développement commercial, idéalement en ESN, conseil ou prestations intellectuelles ; -Un réseau réel et activable sur le marché IT luxembourgeois, auprès de décideurs (DSI, responsables transformation, data managers, décideurs infrastructure / cybersécurité / delivery) ; -Une vraie culture de la chasse et de l'ouverture de comptes, avec des réussites concrètes à l'appui ; -Une posture de commercial orienté solutions, capable de comprendre un besoin avant de proposer une réponse ; -Autonomie, esprit entrepreneurial, excellent relationnel et sens du résultat ; -Français et anglais courants. Une bonne connaissance des secteurs banque, finance, assurance ou IT au Luxembourg est un atout majeur. Toutes candidatures ne répondant pas à ces critères ne seront pas recontactées
