Vous êtes passionné(e) par le développement et l'évolution de plateformes ITSM ? Vous souhaitez intervenir sur des projets techniques à forte valeur ajoutée dans un environnement international ? Nous recherchons un(e) Développeur(se) ServiceNow pour rejoindre un projet chez notre client au Luxembourg. En tant que Développeur(se) ServiceNow, vous serez amené(e) à : Concevoir, développer, maintenir et faire évoluer les applications sur la plateforme ServiceNow.Développer des solutions personnalisées à l'aide de JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies et Workflows.Configurer les différents modules ServiceNow en privilégiant les fonctionnalités standard de la plateforme.Automatiser les processus grâce à Flow Designer et IntegrationHub.Traduire les besoins métiers en solutions techniques et participer aux ateliers de conception.Développer et maintenir des intégrations avec des systèmes tiers via des API REST/SOAP, LDAP, Active Directory et des environnements Cloud.Participer aux évolutions de l'architecture, aux montées de version et à l'amélioration continue de la plateforme.Assurer le support technique sur les incidents complexes, documenter les solutions mises en place et contribuer à la roadmap ServiceNow. Votre profil : Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 en informatique ou disposez d'une expérience équivalente.Vous justifiez de 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en développement ServiceNow, idéalement dans des environnements complexes et multi-modules.Vous maîtrisez JavaScript ainsi que les outils de scripting et de développement spécifiques à ServiceNow.Vous avez une bonne connaissance des modules ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, CSM et Service Catalog.Vous maîtrisez Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, les API REST/SOAP et les formats JSON/XML.Vous connaissez les pratiques CI/CD, la gestion de versions avec Git et Azure DevOps, ainsi que les méthodologies Agile/Scrum.Vous êtes sensible aux bonnes pratiques de développement, à la sécurité, à la documentation et aux principes ITIL. Une expérience sur Domain Separation et sur des environnements ServiceNow On-Premise serait un véritable atout. Français : obligatoireAnglais : obligatoireAllemand et/ou luxembourgeois : appréciés
