Après des investissements importants ces dernier/ières années, l'entreprise poursuit la fiabilisation et la modernisation de son outil. Ce que vous y gagnezUn siège au Comité de direction et un vrai pouvoir de décision.Un outil industriel en modernisation et des projets concrets : automatisation, fiabilisation, capacité.Rémunération sur , mois (e mois et double pécule de vacances inclus) et bonus annuel discrétionnaire.Voiture électrique et carte de recharge, chèques-repas, assurance groupe, hospitalisation et ambulatoire.CDI de droit belge. Votre fonctionVous dirigez une unité de production d'environ collaborateurs en feu continu, avec votre adjoint et les contremaîtres.Votre rôle : sécuriser la production, fiabiliser les installations, faire progresser les équipes et améliorer la performance, au plus près du terrain.Piloter sécurité, volumes, qualité, délais, coûts et rendement ; faire aboutir les actions correctives.Structurer les passages de consignes, les remplacements et les rituels de pilotage entre les équipes.Faire monter en autonomie le management intermédiaire, en lien avec les RH.Réduire les arrêts récurrents avec la maintenance, le QHSE, la supply chain et les experts techniques.Contribuer aux projets d'automatisation, de modernisation et d'augmentation de capacité.Apporter au Comité de direction une vision factuelle de la performance et des besoins de votre périmètre. Votre profilIngénieur ou formation technique supérieure équivalente.Expérience confirmée en production industrielle, idéalement en process ou sur lignes automatisées.Indispensable : management d'équipes en feu continu ou en horaires postés, avec encadrement de chefs de quart ou de contremaîtres.Maîtrise du TRS/OEE, de l'analyse des causes et de l'amélioration continue ; participation à des projets industriels.Manager de terrain : vous décidez, fédérez et faites progresser.Français courant, anglais professionnel. Le cadreLe site se trouve en Belgique, dans la région de Virton, accessible depuis Arlon et la Lorraine nord. Une présence adaptée au feu continu est attendue, avec une intervention possible en cas d'incident majeur.Candidature confidentielle
