Le Tricentenaire a.s.b.l. au service de la qualité de vie des personnes en situation de invalidité et de leurs familles depuis , recherche pour une entrée immédiate : Éducateur diplômé (m/f/ng)CDI - - heures / semaine Vous intégrez notre équipe pluridisciplinaire de l'équipe volant/ante. Vous proposez des activités adaptées à leurs compétences et à leurs centres d'intérêt. Vous participez à leur accompagnement global (y compris dans les soins) et documentez ce qui est fait avec chacun. Au quotidien, vous faites preuve d'empathie et êtes attentifs à la mise en place d'une relation privilégiée et sécurisant/ante avec les résidents. Votre action s'inscrit dans le respect des valeurs associatives du Tricentenaire. De plus, vous assumez une fonction spécifique qui consiste à assurer la mise en pratique dans le domaine de l'accompagnement socio-éducatif des résidents en garantissant une cohérence des actions, la mise en place des outils, leur suivi et évaluation. Votre profil : Vous êtes détenteur d'un diplôme d'éducateur reconnu et de l'autorisation d'exercer,Vous avez idéalement déjà travaillé auprès de personnes en situation de invalidité,Le travail posté (7 jours sur 7) est en adéquation avec votre rythme de vie,Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et aimez travailler en équipe,Vous êtes curieux et savez faire preuve de proactivité et de flexibilité,Vous maîtrisez le luxembourgeois, le français et l'allemand. Toute connaissance supplémentaire est un plus,Vous avez une vue de l'accompagnement globale et fonctionnelle dans la vie quotidien/ienne des usagers.
