Objectifs de la fonctionGarantir le bon fonctionnement des équipements de l'usine dans le cadre de la maintenance préventive Vos responsabilités seront : Les principales activités/action nécessaire pour réaliser votre fonctionGarantir le bon fonctionnement des équipementsIntégrer le pré-diagnostic effectué par les Opérateurs de Production dans l'analyse de panne.Etablir le diagnostic de panne et assurer la remise en état de l'équipement en optimisant l´utilisation des pièces détachées nécessaires à la remise en état.Intervenir sur les pannes en respectant les contraintes du domaine électrique (habilitation BT/HT).Effectuer la remise en service de l'équipement après intervention.Documenter et transmettre les informations liées à l'état de l'installation au responsable direct. Compétences et formation que nous recherchonsTitulaire d´une formation de type Maintenance des Equipements Industriels, Maintenance des Systèmes Mécaniques Automatisés ou Electrotechnique ou équivalent.Habilitations électriques BT et HT.Expérience significative dans le secteur de la Maintenance Industrielle (5 ans minimum).Connaissances en automate programmable ( STP7), programmation de variateur (Lenze) et gestion de pannes.Connaissance de la philosophie TPM. Qu'est-ce qui vous fera réussirRigueur, autonomie, motivation.Esprit d´équipe.
