Mission Au sein de la division « Facility Management », vous serez principalement en charge du volet Gestion courant/ante des sites de la CSSF. Rôle & responsabilités Assurer le suivi des travaux d'exploitation Gérer les interventions des sous-traitants Assurer les imprévus et les dépannages techniques (1ère intervention) Effectuer l'entretien préventif et correctif Veiller au bon fonctionnement de la gestion technique centralisée (GTC) Veiller au bon fonctionnement et à la programmation KNX/EIB DALI Participer activement au fonctionnement et au développement de la Gestion Assistée sous Ordinateur (GMAO) Gérer en bon père de famille le patrimoine immobilier au niveau des frais d'exploitation et énergétiques Assister l'équipe Facility Management dans d'autres fonctions courant/antes Participation occasionnelle à des travaux le week-end Assister aux contrôles réglementaires prescrits Exercer à tour de rôle la permanence technique Assister en cas de besoin aux travaux des sous-traitants et suivre les contrats et les plannings y relatifs Gérer de façon autonome le stock des pièces de rechange électriques et HVAC Assister à l'entretien et la réparation des machines et des outils de l'atelier Veiller au respect des dispositions légales Votre profil Diplôme d'électrotechnicien (CATP ou DAP) dans le domaine de la construction ou de l'ingénierie Expérience professionnelle confirmée d'au moins 5 années dans le domaine de la gestion des bâtiments ou bien dans une fonction similaire Connaissances approfondies dans le domaine de la maintenance des bâtiments Maîtrise courant/ante du luxembourgeois, du français et de l'allemand. La connaissance de l'anglais constitue un avantage Maîtrise des outils bureautiques courants (MS Office), MS Project, AUTOCAD Connaissances des outils d'automation KNX/EIB et DALI Excellentes compétences relationnelles Bonnes capacités de communication Aptitude de travailler de façon autonome et en équipe Discrétion et professionnalisme Le(la) candidat(e) retenu(e) sera engagé(e) comme employé(e) de l'État en vertu d'un contrat à durée indéterminée. Si le(la) candidat(e) remplit les conditions en vigueur, il/elle sera amené(e) à se présenter par la suite à l'admission au statut de fonctionnaire de l'État. Avant la conclusion du contrat de travail, le(la) candidat(e) devra délivrer un extrait du (bulletin n°3), datant de moins de 2 mois, afin de garantir son honorabilité.
