GESTIONNAIRE DE SITES - SECTEUR DU NETTOYAGE (H/F) Qui sommes-nous ?CforClean, entreprise de nettoyage comptant plus de collaborateurs au Luxembourg, recherche un(e) gestionnaire de sites expérimenté(e) pour renforcer son équipe opérationnelle. Votre mission : piloter, anticiper et trouver des solutions !Véritable acteur de terrain, vous assurez la gestion quotidien/ienne de plusieurs sites et garantissez la qualitédes prestations ainsi que la satisfaction de nos clients. Encadrer et gérer les équipes d'agents de nettoyage sur plusieurs sites.Organiser les plannings, gérer les absences et assurer les remplacements.Effectuer des visites régulier/ières sur le terrain et contrôler la qualité des prestations.Gérer les imprévus, les urgences et les réclamations clients avec réactivité.Maintenir une relation de confiance avec les clients et contribuer à la fidélisation du portefeuille.Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction. Votre profil : une véritable expérience terrain indispensableExpérience confirmée en gestion opérationnelle de sites, idéalement dans le secteur du nettoyage.Capacité à encadrer des équipes et à gérer plusieurs sites simultanément.Excellente , réactivité et capacité à prendre des décisions.Goût prononcé pour le terrain, avec des déplacements fréquents.Autonomie, rigueur, sens des responsabilités et orientation client.Permis B indispensable.Maîtrise du français ; le portugais et/ou le luxembourgeois sont des atouts. À savoir : ce poste exige une forte implication opérationnelle. Les imprévus font partie duquotidien et peuvent nécessiter une gestion 7 jours sur 7, selon les modalités d'organisation duservice. Ce poste ne convient pas à un profil recherchant principalement une fonctionadministrative ou sédentaire.
