En tant que courtier en assurances, nous accompagnons les particuliers et les entreprises dans toutes leurs questions liées aux assurances. Rejoins-nous et accompagne nos clients avec professionnalisme et fiabilité en cas de sinistre. Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire en assurances - Gestion des sinistres (m/f)CDI - - h/semaine - Weiswampach (LU) Tes missions :Gestion des sinistres de A à Z : tu prends en charge les déclarations de sinistre, analyses les circonstances et assures le suivi des dossiers de manier/ière professionnelle et orientée solutions jusqu'à leur clôture.Interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients : tu accompagnes nos clients tout au long du processus de gestion de leur sinistre et les conseilles pour toutes les questions relatives à leur dossier.Coordination et communication : tu assures un échange régulier avec les clients, les compagnies d'assurances, les experts et les autres parties prenant/antes afin de garantir un traitement fluide des dossiers de sinistre.Documentation et gestion des données : tu crées et gères les dossiers de sinistre dans notre système de gestion et veilles à assurer une documentation complète et traçable. Ton profil :Une formation ou une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des assurances constitue un atout pour ce poste. Les personnes motivées en reconversion professionnelle et souhaitant évoluer dans le secteur des assurances sont également les bienvenues.Tu disposes de très bonnes connaissances en allemand ou en français.Tu travailles de manier/ière organisée, fiable et communicative.Tu apprécies le travail en équipe tout en étant capable de gérer tes tâches de manier/ière autonome et responsable.Tu fais preuve de professionnalisme et d'un réel sens du service dans tes relations avec les clients.
