Dans le cadre du développement de son activité, La société ACCORD IMMOBILIERE, cherche pour ces bureaux à Pétange : GESTIONNAIRE LOCATIF POLYVALENT (H/F) Fonction : Rédaction et publication d'annoncesVisite des biens à louer avec les candidats locatairesAnalyse des dossiers des candidats locatairesPréparation des documents administratifs liés à la locationSuivi des règlements des loyers et relancesPréparation des décomptes de chargesSuivi des contentieux locatifsSuivi des S.A.VSuivi des différents intervenants de contrôle et prestataires d'un immeuble en copropriétés Maintenance et interventions techniques : En cas de panne ou de problème technique dans une résidence (chauffage, électricité, plomberie, etc.), vous devrez être capable de diagnostiquer rapidement la situation (par exemple, vérifier un fusible, un thermostat, ou une fuite d'eau)Identifier les causes des dysfonctionnements et, si nécessaire, coordonner l'intervention de techniciens ou prestataires spécialisésAssurer un suivi des réparations et veiller à ce que les travaux soient réalisés dans les délais et selon les normes Votre profil : Vous disposez d'une premier/ière expérience dans le secteur de l'immobilier (recommandé).Vous êtes une personne polyvalent(e), capable d'intervenir dans différents domaines techniques de base (électricité, chauffage, plomberie, etc.)Parfaite maitrise des langues française, la maitrise du portugais est considérée comme un atoutMaîtrise des logiciels de bureautique Pack OfficeSens du contact, du service, de la courtoisieVous êtes dynamique, rigoureux, organisé, autonome, polyvalent et sérieux.Excellente élocution Nous vous proposons : Un poste à pourvoir immédiatement à PétangeUn contrat à durée indéterminée - temps pleinRémunération en rapport avec les capacités Formation : Lycée secondaire général ou technique (Fortement recommandé) Expérience : Secteur immobilier : 2 ans (Optionnel)
