Lieu : Windhof - LuxembourgContrat : CDI SIX Consulting & Engineering S.A. recherche un(e) Gestionnaire RH confirmé(e) pour assurer, en toute autonomie, la gestion RH et payroll de son entité luxembourgeoise.Véritable référent(e) RH de l'entreprise, vous accompagnez les collaborateurs, conseillez les managers et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la Direction. Vos missionsPayroll & administration du personnelAssurer l'intégralité du payroll luxembourgeois en interne : calcul, contrôle et clôture des salaires.Gérer les déclarations sociales et fiscales, les certificats de rémunération ainsi que les obligations légales.Assurer le suivi des dossiers auprès des administrations (CCSS, CNS, ACD, etc.), y compris les contrôles fiscaux sur salaires.Gérer les contrats, avenants, absences, congés et dossiers administratifs du personnel.Garantir la conformité des pratiques avec la législation luxembourgeoise. Gestion RH & accompagnement des managersPiloter les recrutements et accompagner l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs, tout en assurant le suivi des démarches ADEM et des aides à l'emploi.Conseiller et accompagner les managers dans la gestion quotidien/ienne de leurs équipes et les situations RH rencontrées.Coordonner le suivi des objectifs individuels et des campagnes d'évaluation, accompagner les managers dans leur préparation et leur apporter des conseils pour conduire des entretiens constructifs et assurer le suivi des actions.Organiser et suivre les formations, y compris le cofinancement INFPC.Participer à l'amélioration et à la digitalisation des processus RH (Odoo). Votre profilExpérience confirmée en RH généralistes et en gestion complète et autonome du payroll luxembourgeois.Excellente maîtrise de la législation sociale et de la fiscalité salariale luxembourgeoises.Capacité à gérer seul(e) les déclarations et obligations liées à la paie.Aisance relationnelle, sens du conseil et capacité à accompagner les managers.Autonomie, rigueur, organisation et confidentialité.La connaissance de KeyPaye est fortement recommandé.La connaissance d'Odoo constitue un atout.
