PSP-LM Privilege Services, maison de services premium reconnue pour son exigence, son élégance et son sens du détail, recherche de nouveaux talents pour renforcer son Service Événementiel au Luxembourg. Nous accompagnons nos clients dans l'organisation et l'accueil de leurs événements les plus prestigieux : réceptions officielles, événements institutionnels, soirées de gala, manifestations corporate et rencontres VIP. Pour incarner notre signature de service, nous recherchons des hôtes et hôtesses VIP capables de conjuguer élégance, professionnalisme et sens inné de l'hospitalité. Vos missions principales Véritable ambassadeur(drice) de Privilege Services, vous contribuez à offrir à chaque invité une expérience irréprochable.Accueillir et orienter les invités avec élégance et discrétion.Assurer un accueil personnalisé des personnalités et invités VIP.Gérer les listes d'invités, les accréditations et les vestiaires.Accompagner les invités et veiller à la fluidité de leur parcours.Anticiper les besoins et garantir une qualité de service exemplaire.Représenter l'image et les standards d'excellence de Privilege Services. Votre profil Vous possédez une présentation soignée, une excellente élocution et un savoir-être irréprochable.Vous êtes souriant(e), naturellement élégant(e) et doté(e) d'un véritable sens du service.Vous faites preuve de discrétion, de réactivité et d'une grande aisance relationnelle.Vous maîtrisez le français et disposez d'un bon niveau d'anglais. Toute autre langue constitue un atout.Une expérience dans l'hôtellerie de luxe, l'événementiel premium ou l'accueil VIP constitue un avantage.Vous êtes disponible ponctuellement, notamment en soirée et le week-end.
