Notre client est un Family Office privé basé à Luxembourg. Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, la structure souhaite aujourd'hui renforcer son équipe avec un profil de Head of FP&A & Controlling, capable de prendre en charge le pilotage financier et opérationnel des activités et du patrimoine de la famille.Il ne s'agit pas d'un poste de contrôle de gestion classique. Vous travaillerez en proximité directe avec la famille, la Direction et le CFO, avec une vision très concrète des opérations : budgets, cash-flows, dépenses, investissements, résidences privées, bateaux, projets immobiliers et autres actifs détenus par la famille.L'objectif : disposer d'une personne capable de transformer les données financier/ières et opérationnelles en véritable outil de pilotage et d'aide à la décision.Vos responsabilitésConstruire, consolider et suivre les budgets, forecasts et projections financier/ières des différentes structures et actifs.Mettre en place et faire évoluer les reportings financiers et opérationnels, dashboards et KPIs permettant à la famille et à la Direction de disposer d'une vision claire de leurs activités.Suivre les cash-flows, dépenses, engagements financiers et besoins de trésorerie.Analyser les coûts et identifier des pistes d'optimisation des dépenses et des processus.Assurer le suivi financier et opérationnel des biens privés de la famille, notamment les différentes résidences, propriétés et autres actifs.Suivre les budgets associés aux propriétés : entretien, rénovations, travaux, assurances, personnel, prestataires et autres dépenses.Votre profilVous disposez idéalement de 5 à années d'expérience en FP&A, contrôle de gestion, finance d'entreprise ou dans une fonction financier/ière particulier/ièrement proche des opérations.Vous possédez une excellente maîtrise des budgets, forecasts, cash-flow analysis, reporting, KPIs et analyses de performance.Une expérience dans un Family Office, groupe familial, environnement entrepreneurial, immobilier, hospitality, yachting ou environnement multi-actifs constitue un réel atout.Vous appréciez les fonctions hands-on et êtes à l'aise avec l'idée de vous déplacer sur le terrain et de comprendre concrètement les opérations.Vous parlez couramment français et anglais.Ce que mon client peut vous offrirUne rémunération attractive pouvant atteindre € brut annuel, accompagnée d'un bonus discrétionnaire.Une fonction de Head of FP&A & Controlling avec un périmètre beaucoup plus large qu'un poste classique de contrôle de gestion.Une proximité directe avec la famille, la Direction et le CFO Groupe.Une exposition à des actifs et projets très variés : immobilier, résidences privées, bateaux et autres investissements.
