Tu as le cœur bien accroché ? Travailler en cardio intensive, c'est palpitant ! Prépare-toi à prodiguer des soins au rythme précis, pour chaque battement en péril. Le Service de pathologies cardiovasculaires intensives (soins intensifs cardiaques) des Cliniques a pour mission de prendre en charge tous les patients de l'Institut cardiovasculaire qui nécessitent une surveillance particulièrement rapprochée et d'éventuelles interventions thérapeutiques immédiates. Les patients dont l'état de santé nécessite des traitements lourds et administrés sous surveillance étroite sont également pris en charge dans ce service. Le Service de pathologies cardiovasculaires intensives comprend 2 unités, soit 24 lits de réanimation.Le CVI2 (12 lits) est une unité mixte alliant chirurgie et médecine et accueille principalement les patients cardiaques non opérés et opérés qui nécessitent des soins intensifs :- les patients ayant présenté un syndrome coronarien aigu (infarctus aigu du myocarde, angine de poitrine instable) - les patients qui ont subi une chirurgie thoracique telle qu'une lobectomie, un pontage aorto-coronarien ou une chirurgie des valves- les patients nécessitant une assistance cardiaque (type ECMO, Heartmate,.., pacemaker externe, dialyse type CVVH, etc.)- les patients qui ont subi une greffe cardiaque- les patients ayant subi un arrêt cardiaque extra hospitalier- les patients souffrant de décompensation cardiaque ou de troubles du rythme cardiaque sévères Grâce à une étroite collaboration avec les autres services de l'Institut cardiovasculaire, il peut garantir l'accès aux traitements les plus innovants et les plus appropriés à l'état de chaque patient.Rejoins-nous et ensemble, soignons nos patients un battement à la fois ! Qualifications et expériences requises :- Vous êtes détenteur d'un diplôme d'infirmier bachelier ou êtes détenteur d'une équivalence de ce diplôme fournie par la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles- Vous êtes de préférence titulaire de la spécialisation SIAMU- Vous avez une connaissance parfaite du français (niveau B2)- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques Compétences essentielles :- Vous restez calmes et efficaces sous pression, en gérant les urgences et les imprévus avec sang-froid- Vous avez le sens de l'organisation et vous assurez la continuité des soins- Vous aimez travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire- Vous faites preuve de capacité d'observation, de discernement et de jugement clinique- Vous êtes soucieux de votre perfectionnement professionnel et de l'évolution de la profession infirmière- Vous avez l'esprit d'initiative- Vous faites preuve de flexibilité dans l'organisation du travail et vous êtes ouvert à la mobilité entre les services de soins intensifs cardiaques Atouts complémentaires :- Vous avez des notions de néerlandais et d'anglais
